- statement in paper form filled with his own;

- state document of previously acquired education (education and qualification) level, on the basis of which it is carried out admission, and its annex (i.e. certificate of Bachelors degree with attachment) - original and 1 (one) copy;

- a copy of the document proving the identity and citizenship;

- TIN (identification code);

- 4 (four) color photographs 3 x 4 cm;

- copies of documents confirming the applicant's scientific achievements;

- extract from the minutes of the meeting of the Academic Council of the Institute (faculty), approved by the Chairman of the Academic Council on the review of the scientific achievements of the applicant with a certain number of additional points;
